All eligible Defective Products may be returned/exchanged for the same model within 30 days from the original invoice date, buyer must contact us within 5 days upon product arrival. All Returns and Exchanges require prior authorization, please apply for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us HERE.
DEFECTIVE ITEM:
Any item returned without authorization will be refused. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Please pack merchandise in its original packaging with UPC and Bar Codes intact and include all original contents and factory packed accessories. All defective products must be approved by our support team before we can process your return/exchange or refund. Once it is verified/approved of what you claimed was accurate, we will greatly process your return/exchange or refund.
We will bear all cost of sending you another unit in exchange/replacement, ONLY if a product is defective or any mistake caused by us including missing part(s), fitment issue(s), and damage during shipping. We will do our best to provide full support and assistance till your satisfaction.
ITEM DAMAGE IN SHIPPING:
While most shipments go smoothly, accidents do happen and some items may be lost or damaged during shipment. Buyers should open package immediately when item arrive, and contact us right away. Should there be any problem, we will then file a package lost or damage claim and process another shipment to replace or exchange of the lost or broken unit. This process will usually take approximately 5-7 days.
RETURB/EXCHANGE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND?
If in any case, any buyer wants to return for exchange or refund due to defective, missing part(s), fitment or damage during shipping issues. Please NEITHER start a return request NOR an open case in eBay before communicating with us. Customer post service has always been our priority. We can issue a PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL once the issue is verified by our technical support team. (Brief description and photos may be required for verification purposes) COMMUNICATION is all we need from buyer to have any issue fixed.
OTHER RETURN POLICY:
Buyers are responsible for a 20% Restocking fee plus any Return Shipping Cost due to Change of mind, Wrong order placed or placing an order by mistake.All return items must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with no signs of being installed or mounted, cuts or scratches. Shipping and Handling are not refundable.Any return item without an RMA#, with missing or damaged original contents, products with false claims of damage or working condition, or products that are not properly packaged are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Excessive wear and tear or damaged packaging may increase these restocking fees.
