Why the items I received is bad/broken?
All the items are tested by our technical people. All the items are tested to be OK, then sent out by us.
As the bulbs/lights are electrical items, it has some defect rate. It is normal. Also because of long distance transportation from opposite side of the earth, it can also cause the item broken or scratched or the wire broken.
How will you solve if found defect(broken) items?
If found any defect after received items, please send mail to us with the photos of defect items, we will make a refund or resend new items to you, or we pay the repair charges for you.
Customs Declaration:
(1)We as seller do not bear any customs duty or tax for your imported products.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility.
Please check with your country?s customs office or your country?s Custom website to determine what these additional costs for import goods
When the courier dispatch the parcel to you and let you to pay import custom tax, it is normal, and it is your responsibility.
