When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-10 Business days for your order to arrive in the continental United States. Please allow 1-2 Business days before any orders are processed for shipment. We do not ship between Friday 6 pm - Monday 9 am.
When will I receive my order (International) ?
All international shipments will vary from country to country. Please allow 3-4 weeks before arrival. This is just an estimate as it can take longer before arrival. Shipments must clear custom department in your country so this will delay shipment.
When will I receive a tracking number?
All U.S. customers will be E-mailed a tracking number automatically when label is created. The E-mail will be sent to the address you have on file with Pay Pal. If tracking is not received please contact us for tracking information.
I am an international customer will I receive tracking?
International orders will not get tracking information if order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping prices posted with ad are for USPS First Class Mail. If tracking is needed please request a quote for USPS Priority Mail. This is the only method of shipping that will provide tracking information. Please be aware that USPS First Class International Shipping does not include a tracking number.
How can I upgrade my shipping method from USPS First Class to Priority Mail?
Please request for USPS Priority Mail before payment is completed. We will update the invoice and forward it to you for payment.
What is you return policy?
We have a satisfaction guarantee on every auction we list. If you are not satisfied with any item, you can return it for full refund (minus shipping) of purchase price within 7 days. You must return the items with shipping prepaid, in the same condition as when received. Item(s) must have tags and decals attached for return to be accepted.
I want to purchase multiple items, so how can I get combined shipping?
Please checkout each item through ebay and before paying request a combined invoice. We will edit and forward a combined invoice with shipping discount.
When will I receive feedback?
All feedback is returned automatically. When you receive your item and are satisfied leave positive feedback and my system will return it automatically within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied with your item then PLEASE contact me right away, and especially before leaving anything but positive feedback. Mistakes happen, but we do our very best to correct any errors to your satisfaction. We always do our best to keep you satisfied.
