I say RARE because there were only 22,715 Thunderbird Landau Hardtops built in 1964 !! 1964 was also the FIRST and they tell me the BEST year of the 4th generation "Jet Birds", TOO COOL !! We just purchased this T-Bird from the previous retired Idaho owner who only drove it occasionally and as you can clearly see in the pictures and video it was his pride and joy for sure !! According to the previous owner it only has 97,712 ACTUAL - ORIGINAL miles and yes we do have an odometer statement. What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low! This Thunderbird Landau Hardtop still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - driver's door mounted Thunderbird data plate - FACTORY ORIGINAL - trunk lid mounted jacking instruction sticker and the - ORIGINAL - 1964 Ford Thunderbird owner's manual, all of which are shown in several pictures below. This BEAUTY is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - California - Washington State - Idaho High Mountain Desert - Western vehicle and boy does it  show !! I drove this Thunderbird for about a week as my everyday driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL !! At the heart of this Thunderbird is what appears to be the ORIGINAL - VERY STRONG !! - "GROUND POUNDING" - Code "Z" - (300 Horsepower from the factory !!) - 390 CID V8 motor in it that is running very well indeed. The motor still retains the ORIGINAL four barrel intake manifold, ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, ORIGINAL "Thunderbird" scripted valve covers, ORIGINAL air cleaner housing, ORIGINAL "Thunderbird" scripted windshield washer fluid reservoir and the ORIGINAL 4 barrel carburetor, Etc... It is amazing how much power this car has, UNBELIEVABLE !! Sounds GREAT too with the factory style true dual exhaust system with dual chrome tips. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - Code "4" - "Cruise'O'Matic" - three speed automatic transmission which also functions very well.
