Please note that when purchasing fabric you will receive the fabric in the following lengths when ordering Fat Quarters:

We have taken a lot of time and care with taking the best and most accurate images possible of each piece of fabric, ensuring the colours are represented as accurately as possible. Please note however that colours can vary marginally on different computer screens depending on their calibration.

Fabric is measured on an official government stamped metre rule and we endeavour to be as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes due to no fault of our own the fabric may be creased and this is something we are not always aware of until the fabric bolt has been unrolled. This usually occurs when the fabric is being rolled at the factory. We recommend that you wash the fabric before use and this will remove any creases and also excess colour.

• All items will be despatched the same working day if the order and payment is received before 2pm.
• A Certificate/Proof of Posting Receipt is obtained from the Post Office with every item sent, and we cannot be held responsible for any items lost. If an item has been lost a claim can be made via Royal Mail and we are happy to send you the Certificate/Proof of Posting Receipt.
• All items are packaged carefully and labelled clearly.

Currently we are only able to accept payment via PayPal, and PayPal accept Credit or Debit Cards.

• We are happy to accept returns of any items bought. They must be returned in the same condition as when you received them and within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to not accept an item if it is not returned in the same condition as which you received it.
• Please note the buyer pays return postage.
• If you wish to return an item, please follow eBay procedure and request a return through eBay.
• Please ensure when returning an item that you request a Certificate/Proof of Posting Receipt from the Post Office in case there are any issues with delivery.
