If your order is placed before 4:00pm on weekdays, you will enjoy same day dispatch service. For orders that are placed during weekends or UK bank holidays, the item(s) will be dispatched first thing on Monday or on the next working day.

We will always ensure that we dispatch your order(s) on time.  However, postage delays are out of our control. Therefore, please ensure that you have the Correct Delivery Address on your eBay and PayPal account.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) - Deliveries are expected to be next day but can take up to 2 working days (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays).

Standard Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For) - Deliveries are expected to be next day but can take up to 3 working days (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays). This is a tracked delivery.

Exprss Delivery (Royal Main Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm) - Guaranteed Next day by 1pm. This is a tracked delivery.

Note: - Tracking number will be provided if item is purchased with Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed For Service

International Delivery Options

We currently offer delivery to virtually any address in the world.

International Standard Delivery - Deliveries can take up to 5 - 10 working days (excludes Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays).

Note: - Tracking number will be provided if item is purchased with Royal Mail International Signed

Just to make it as clear as water, you can return your items to us, provided:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Items must not be stained with make-up products.
• Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of wear.
• Items must have all tags attached as received.
• Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
• The returned item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
• You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us at Other Half.  Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.
• The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

All goods will be inspected on return.
