holiday delivery. For large items shipped by LTL (trucking company) only
curbside delivery is offered.

Items returned must be within 14 days for refund must be in sellable condition. CBEC reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization. For all shipments returned by carrier and/or refused, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective 20% restocking fee will be charged (may be higher for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original brand new condition). Please allow 2-4 weeks after all goods are received for returns to be processed. Customers are required to email us to obtain their RA along with the reason for return. |
