Items listed as "open box" or "store returned" are items that were brand new and originall purchased from a major electronics retailer and then returned. Sometimes these items are missing software components, cd's, manuals or original packaging. In all cases the hardware is included and details of the packaging and misc components is listed in the description above. Occasionally original packaging, manuals and software (if applicable) is included but NOT guaranteed, what is guaranteed is the original item in like new, completely functional condition. If factory packaging, software or manuals are a must please specify this before purchasing so I can ensure I have them.
