La mia strumentazione elettronica non viene da surplus militare guasto, acquisito a basso prezzo e riparato. Essa proviene principalmente da aziende elettroniche o reparti di esse non più operativi. Prima di offrirla viene scrupolosamente testata con strumentazione di analoga o superiore qualità nelle sue funzionalità principali. Inoltre viene ripulita anche internamente e spesso anche ricalibrata. I punti di regolazione vengono marcati con vernice sigillata. Questo distingue un venditore conoscitore del prodotto dal semplice "commerciante" che vende un apparato dopo aver tolto solo un pò di polvere . Inoltre l'apparato viene mantenuto in funzionamneto per parecchio tempo per vedere se insorgono problemi. Chiaramente questo comporta un costo, ma spendere il 20-40% in meno spesso significa tenersi un oggetto non funzionante o difficile da riparare o calibrare. Non vi fidate di chi dichiara solo le specifiche tecniche del prodotto come se fosse nuovo di fabbrica e non effettua prove. Per un prodotto ricondizionato , pretendete la verifica funzionale e chiedete le misure che più vi interessano. Nel caso si desiderassero delle calibrazioni certificate ISO9001 esse verrano eseguite personalmente presso la www.newservicenapoli.it .

Tutte le spedizioni sono assicurate per un valore superiore al prezzo del prodotto, aggiungendo 3 euro ai costi previsti di spedizione.

I usually don't sell test equipment repaired or acquired from military surplus.

My test equipments came often from industry working environment or from my laboratory and are tested if not otherwise specified . Please don't buy items stated "as is" or when no warranty is offered.

Per la garanzia , il venditore offre 10 giorni per la valutazione del prodotto. Se vi sono difetti si potrà rispedire l'oggetto e il venditore rimborserà la somma pagata ad eccezione delle spese di spedizione.

Questa clausola vale solo se non è espresso diversamente nell'inserzione, ad esempio oggetti venduti come "as is" , ovvero "visto e piaciuto nello stato in cui si trova" o  per oggetti con esplicita garanzia a tre mesi.

La mia ditta dispone di solito di parti di ricambio per gli oggetti venduti e in genere offre assistenza per tarature e riparazioni trascorso il periodo di garanzia.

By bidding on the item(s) described, you acknowledge that your bid is a binding contract and that you have the ability to complete this transaction.

You, the Bidder, also acknowledge that no support will be provided for any item(s) unless otherwise stated in the auction description. You further acknowledge that you have researched the item(s) to your satisfaction and that the item(s) will suit your needs. If you have any questions for the Seller, you must resolve them prior to the close of the auction.

The Bidder assumes all responsibility for knowledge of the product(s) purchased. The Seller will not be held liable for the purchase of product(s) that are not compatible with other product(s). The Seller shall not be liable for the use or misuse of the product by the Bidder or any end user after the sale.

The Seller reserves the right to not sell to bidders with negative feedback.

The Seller may cancel an auction in the event of an auction system or server failure or any other unforseen anomalies which may occur during the auction which, in the Seller's opinion, materially affects the bidding process.

The seller doesn't respond for damages at people, animals and things due to an improper use of the item. Some items are old and they could not be conform to security regulations. 

PAYMENT :

I accept wire transfer, money orders, personal or bank cheques. No payment on delivery. If you prefer any other kind of payment , please ask me before buying the item. All bank transfer fees must be paid by customer.  Personal cheques must clear before shipping. Payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction otherwise the item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback left. Items paid by cheques will be held until the check clears (usually 7-10 business days). Please put the ITEM # on the cheque / money order and provide a shipping address.

For shipments outside Italy, buyer is responsible for the shipping arrangements and handling chargers. Call for quote.

I will send the parcel by courier worldwide. Optional parcel insurance is possible. I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if you don't purchase shipping insurance. In case of shipping damage , it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. I will help you if possible. The customer should inspect the shipping container upon arrival and note any evidence of damage on the freight receipt. If concealed damage is found after opening, the customer should file a claim with the carrier at once. You must retain the shipping container and packaging materials. 

For more items I will combine them to reduce shipping charges.
