only purchase watch parts after you have thoroughly read and asked
the questions you want answered. You the buyer, must know that this is the part
you need. We try hard to avoid costly returns at all costs. You may not buy the item just to
see if it fits and take a chance. You must be certain that this is the part you
need and we are happy to help you if you do not know. Any buyer who purchases a
part from us, is held accountable to understand what you need before you buy
the part. If you plan to return a part because you don't need it anymore, or you
bought it by mistake, we will refund you, but will minus
our original shipping costs and including any
handling fees or expenses we incurred. The fee only applies to parts that we
sold 100% as described. If we send you a part not as described or the wrong
part, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange without any
fees.
We do try our best to
avoid listing and shipping mistakes. We also make sure we are only selling the
items as described. If we are selling any item for parts or repair, please
understand that is what you are buying it for and it may have parts that are
broken. Items that are described as NOS may still have some aging to them due
to the parts being so old. Items sold as NOS are checked for Rust or defects so
rest assured you will get a working part when we describe it as NOS. Used parts
will be sold for parts or repair. We will always be honest in our listings and
always be here to help our buyers.

watches. Currently we have several million, wrist and pocket watch parts in
stock. You can find everything from watch crystals, balances, movements,
stems, crowns, bezels, bands and so much more, within our store. Most
of our parts are new old stock (NOS), condition.
We thoroughly describe each and every item we have for
sale. Our pictures are not stock photos and taken of the actual

PAYMENT OPTIONS- we accept payments via Paypal for all buyers international or domestic. We also can take credit cards and checks. ANY payment besides Paypal, will be subject to a 7 business day hold or 10 days total. We appreciate and expect immediate payments and we return the favor with very fast, secure shipping.
SHIPPING- For buyers within the USA- Enjoy free shipping on most
items over $50.00 you may also pay additional for express mail for quicker delivery. All
domestic shipments will be shipped using USPS and with signature confirmation
and tracking.
We are not responsible for the delivery times of
your purchase once the package has been shipped from our end, however we
guarantee arrival of your package through eBay and PayPal and of
course our company as long as the item is shipped to your confirmed address and
credit card billing address. We do not quit until you get your package and are
satisfied. Please allow up to 24 hours after your payment is made to process
your order.
PLEASE NOTE- Special order items will take longer to ship.
SHIPPING/ INTERNATIONAL/WORLDWIDE - If you are outside of the USA or international
we will ship to you using USPS priority mail only for items under $250.00. Please do not contact us asking to commit any form of customs
fraud. Certain items may be required to ship with FedEx only depending on value.
We are not responsible for the delivery times
once the item has been dispatched from our offices/country USA. Shipping times
may end up taking much longer due to customs and other mishaps. We are not
responsible for any customs, or duty taxes you may incur when receiving your
item, these are fees charged by your customs/country and not our company. We
provide tracking information with signature request on FedEx delivery
and guarantee the delivery of your package providing we ship to your PayPal confirmed
address or credit card billing address.
We are very easy to work with. We want to be
very clear on this. Worldwide shipping is something we have been very happy to
do and with the rules in place they are set to keep both parties safe and
secure.
COMBINED SHIPPING- We combine shipping for orders both Domestic and International. We will require one single payment for combined shipping orders. International buyers, take advantage of this with the high cost of shipment overseas, you can buy all your parts in one invoice and pay only one shipping price.
RETURN POLICY- We accept all returns if you are not 100%
satisfied with the Item we sold to you. For auction items returns must be done
within three days of receipt of an item. For buy it now items we will accept 14
days of return period. Please do not buy items by chance, we list very thorough descriptions and actual, excellent quality pictures to avoid costly returns.
A return for refund will only be granted if you
contact us first via eBay messaging, we void all returns if you have not tried
working with us first and only before feedback is left. No partial refunds, we
do not give them to anyone for any reason, just send back for a full refund of
the purchase price minus the cost of shipping to and from you the buyer.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first! As a high level seller with very long standing
in the eBay community we have every reason to care for you and our business. No
need to go any route besides contacting us directly. Returns must be sent back
exactly as you received the item and we will check very thoroughly for this. We
