If the
address you’ve inserted on your Ebay account is correct and complete (name,

Can I
receive the object to a different address from the one registrated?

The object deliverde to me has some flaws. What I have to do?
- In case of no goods
insurance, Fusaro Moto doesn’t cover any accidental damage caused by the
courier during the goods transportation. If the customer has the goods
insurance, in case of transportation damages, you have to send us a communication by
Ebay, using the message system and then we will refund the entire payment.If he
hasn’t any insurance, the customer can:
- Revoke the
purchase, according to the return police section. - Send
us any pictures in which we can see the objects damages.
Fusaro Moto will replace the good without
insurance only after viewing the pictures of the damage.
If we
validate your request, you have to pack the good in the same way we sent and give it to the courier the day you receive the replacement by us.
The
good delivered to me got ruined by using it. What have I to do?
- In case of
non working good, the customer have to send us some pictures in which we can
understand the type of damage. Fusaro Moto will replace the good only
after viewing the pictures of the damage. If we validate your request, you have
to pack the good in the same way we sent and give it to the courier the day you receive the replacement by us.
