40s/50s Ivory Lace Dress, Sleeveless w/ Rhinestones & Shrug Claudia Young Sz XS

What a beautiful dress!  Spaghetti straps over the shoulders.  Dress zips up the back with a metal zipper.  Edging the bodice is an approx 3" strip of lace that has been embellished with rhinestones adn a squiggly cording treatment.  Bodice is boned.  There are a pair of pockets at the hips embellished with the same treatment as the bodice.  Below the waist, the pockets continue to the center creating a nice heart-shaped line from the waist through the pockets.  Such a special dress!   The fabric is a beautiful ivory lace over a pink-peach lining.  Seams are all cut with pinking shears.  Shrug matches the dress.  Beautiful big, pointed collar on the shrug.  It connects with a hook and eye at the neck.  Shrug sleeves are folded back with a pair of points facing up.  Gorgeous!

Condition: Beautiful vintage condition.  No rips, tears, stains or seam separations.  All rhinestones seem to be present and securely attached.  No strange smells.
