Sometimes at classic motorcycle decals we have a clear out of decal sets that are either over ordered or have been ordered and not paid for so we have a clearance sale each year and these decals are part of it, still perfect just cheaper than our retail price and we pass on the savings to our customers but when they are gone they are gone!
