You can expect USPS Priority to arrive 1 to 3 business days and FedEx to arrive 1 to 5 business days from the time we ship them. Warm Weather and Temperature Sensitive Shipments
If you live in a warm climate or it is summer and the weather is warm, we suggest you select the fastest possible shipping method at checkout. We pack items as well as we can to protect them. If you should happen to notice some melting, such as of chocolate, just put your items in the fridge until they harden again.
We hope you are delighted with your order. If not, you can return unopened items with no questions asked within 30 days of the date you receive them for a full refund (less costs of shipping and handling) or for store credit.
Returning Open ItemsIf you try a product and do not like it, we're sorry! We accept opened packages within 30 days of the time you receive them as long as they have no more than one serving missing. You can opt for a full store credit (less costs of shipping and handling) or exchange for a different flavor of the same product.
