Return policy
Contact Customer Support, before packing or shipping your merchandise. All merchandise must be received in new condition, original, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from our Customer Support Team. Be sure to use your RA# as a reference on your shipment. Items must be returned in a method that provides tracking information.
Shipping
Shipping is not charged on purchases, but, if an item is returned for a refund then the original shipping that was paid by the seller will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping fees range from $30 to $75 depending on product and location. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Seller will cover shipping for items with proven warranty defects.
We ship Freight Line delivery only to the Continental U.S. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please contact us before ordering to find out how much the additional shipping cost will be.

Contact Reverie Customer Service department at 800-973-8374 if you need warranty assistance. Reverie provides a 20-year limited manufacturer's warranty on their adjustable bases.
