Disc has some noticeable marks, played perfectly when I gave it a spin. Booklet is fine. PLEASE NOTE: disc has a promo blurb on front and bar code on back has a hole punch.

US is $3.50 for the first CD, $1 each additional cd purchased within a 7 day span. About 20 cd's in a priority box is $12.

Canada and Mexico: $8.00 for the first CD and $2.25 for EACH additional CD sent at the same time. A priority box of about 25 (give or take, I'll fit as many as I can in) cd's will be $42.

UK, Germany, Australia, Thailand, Japan, New Zealand: $11.50 for the first CD and $3.50 for EACH additional CD shipped at the same time. A priority mail box that can fit around 30 CD's (give or take) will be $59.99
