Return Policy
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 60 days of purchase.
Customers must obtain a prior authorization code before shipping a return or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for any costs to ship the return/exchange back to us unless we have shipped an item in error or the product is defective.
If the item returned is worn, damaged, or not in its new/original packaging, we will not grant the exchange/refund request.
Please do not ship the shoes in the manufacturer's shoe box. Please place the shoes in the shoe box and ship them in a 2nd shipping box. RETURNS SHIPPED IN THE SHOE BOX ALONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
You may ship returns using the carrier of your choice but please email us the tracking number after you ship. This will ensure your return is tracked and promptly handled.
