Payment

* I only accept payments via Paypal.

* If you are making a multiple purchase, ebay should calculate the total for all of your items at the checkout. Please do not pay for each item individually, continue purchasing until you have all the items you require and then pay for them all together in order to get the postage discount.

* If you have made a multiple purchase and have not received the correct postage discount, please contact me before making payment and I will send an invoice to you with the correct total amount. 

* Payment or contact should be made within 14 days. If payment or contact has not been made within 14 days, I will assume the item is no longer required and will begin the unpaid item process.

Postage & Packaging

* I combine postage on all of my items and only charge one postage fee no matter how many items you buy.

* Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours, although may take up to 72 hours during busy periods.

* Unfortunately some items do go missing in the postal system. If you have not received your item within 14 days please let me know and I will send replacement items to you.

Returns Policy

* If you are not entirely happy with your item please return it to me within 14 days for a full refund.
