Paypal only. Please make payment immediately on buying an item to ensure speedy delivery.
Delivery
Delivery My Hermes tracked or Royal Mail and is usually dispatched same day if ordered before 12:00 Noon. For Next Day delivery, we use DPD.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer all our customers a refund or exchange for items returned within 30 days of receipt. If the item being returned is for a refund, the postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.
Please note that all products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We suggest you use a traceable method of shipping as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Returns and refunds are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
IMPORTANT: Please do not put any stickers, labels or tape directly onto the box, instead please use a bag or paper to pack your item. You may re-use the original packaging by turning it inside out.
