9ct Gold Football Medal - Linfield 

On offer here we have a brilliant 9ct Gold Football medal presented to M. Smith of Linfield Football Team based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.  Founded in 1886, the full name of the team is Linfield Football Club.  In the 1921-22 season, the club achieved a clean sweep of all the domestic competitions they entered - the Irish League Cup, Irish Cup, County Antrim Shield, Alhambra Cup, Belfast Charity Cup the Gold Cup and the City Cup.  They also followed this up the next season by winning a treble including the Irish League, Irish Cup  and County Antrim Shield.
