Shipping

• Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment.
• Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify via Paypal only.
• We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made.
• If you ask us to ship to an address other than what is specified on Paypal, we will cancel your order and ask you to re-check out once you have updated your address.
• A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.
• Orders over the amount of $750 will require signature upon delivery.

Payment

• Paypal is the only form of payment we accept.
• Paypal allows you to buy with confidence as payments are processed quickly and securely.
• Any issues with payment must be addressed with Paypal.

Note: we only accept payment from US and verified Paypal accounts.
Other Buyer is responsible to confirm the compatibility of the item with their service provider.

Returns

• We understand that not every purchase is a good one for every customer.
• Our return process is as simple as possible. You may use the eBay return interface, or contact us for a return label.
• Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
• If the item is defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) we must be notified within 2 days of arrival, and a refund in full will be granted after item is sent back.
• The 2 days start from when tracking shows item was delivered.
• No shipping fees will be refunded.
• Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be inspected and your return to be be processed.

Please note: All returned items must be in brand new condition with all original accessories in the

original box. If anything is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge additional restocking fees.
