Shipping

We do offer combined shipping. Please contact us with the items you are interested in so that we can give you an estimated shipping charge. Shipping is weight based. We ship as economical as possible.

We ship with USPS and UPS. We upload tracking information as soon as a label is created. Tracking information can be found on the purchased item's details page. If you would like the tracking number sent to you please leave a message when you make your purchase.

The shipping charge listed is for the lower 48 states only. HI, PR, AK, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, Guam and any other country please contact us for shipping cost.

Returns

Returns are accepted for 14 days after the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns on video games, programs or videos. We DO NOT pay return shipping. Please contact us before shipping the item back. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items that are new or tested. If the item does not work when it arrives we will replace it or issue you a refund. We reserve the right to replace the item before we issue a refund. If you do not have the item professionally installed the restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Tax

We hate to do this but California State law requires us to charge California residents 8.25% sales tax. This amount could change.
