Terms and Conditions:

• DISPATCH:  As a seller if the order is paid before 2:00pm we will try to dispatch your order the same day, however if demand has been high we will dispatch 1^st. IN – 1^st. OUT, we do guarantee to send item the next day. (except Weekends).
• FEEDBACK: After receiving feedback we guarantee to leave feedback for buyers. We must have feedback first as recommended by e-bay policy.
• RETURNS POLICY:  If within 7 days a buyer believes the item to be broken or damaged, even though we check before dispatch, if buyer sends back item at their expense we will send a replacement at our expense or refund (original price paid & t original postage and packaging paid), not the money for returning item.
• PAYMENT: If not a buy it now Item, we do ask that items are paid for within 7 days unless we have been informed of unforeseen circumstances, holidays, family occasions etc….
• ENQUIRIES: We will try to answer all questions as soon as possible. (e-mail : Under ask the seller a question)
• BIDDING:  Please do not bid if you are unhappy with Prices & P&P. We do offer good value.

We will be happy to offer a discount on multiple purchases. Just send us an email with the items you require & the total cost & your post code were the goods have to be sent, & we will send you an Invoice for the total.

all delivery charges are quoted for UK, Highlands, and Islands Only

All Items up to 1KG are sent via ROYAL MAIL, heavier Items will be sent either by PARCEL FORCE or Courier.

International Buyers: Please contact us if the postage cost is not listed for International postage.

All Items under £32.00 in value are posted via ROYAL MAIL within the U.K, OR STANDARD AIRMAIL SERVICE TO European & Other International Destinations.      (This gives insurance cover up to £32.00).

For an additional charge, Items over £32.00 In value can be sent (UPON BUYERS REQUEST) by ROYAL MAIL RECORDED OR SPECIAL DELIVERY, Within the U.K, OR INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR / AIRSURE AIRMAIL Service to any INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS.   (This gives insurance cover up to £500.00)

Postage Terms and Conditions

1. .If your Items are valued over £32.00 but you do not wish to pay the additional Fee for SPECIAL DELIVERY & increased compensation. It will be sent via Royal Mail or as listed & you will only be entitled to the maximum value of £32.00. We can accept no responsibility or liability for the additional value of the Items above £32.00 in this situation.

2.  Once the Item has been posted by us in good faith, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Item whilst in transit with the Royal Mail or delivery service as listed.

3.  In the unlikely event of an Item being lost or damaged by the delivery service, we will supply the buyer proof of postage & / or a tracking number with full details of items sent, in order for the buyer to start the lost parcel process & claim compensation direct from the delivery service themselves..

4.  The lost item compensation process cannot start until a minimum of 15 working days has passed since the item was posted.    (THIS IS THE TIME FRAME AFTER WHICH ROYAL MAIL REGARD THE ITEM AS LOST).

5.  BY PURCHASING THE ITEM, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED ABOVE.
