The AB Cruncher is an abdominal trainer for fitness, toning, and weight loss. With its compact dimensions, it is a convenient and practical means for device-based training.
The central focus of the abdominal trainer is a rail with a low-friction roller system. This allows you to perform simple fitness exercises that also activate the back, arms, hips and legs in addition to the abdominal muscles. The four lower foam pillows provide comfort for the knees, while the arms are placed on the two top pillows. Pull yourself upward with the help of the rolling mechanism while resting on the knees. 
The ab trainer offers challenges for both beginners as well as advanced exercisers. The slide may be tilted to select from four different stages with the aid of a strong metal pin, allowing you to operate the Klarfit AB Cruncher at variable difficulty levels.
The built-in training computer keeps track of your workout by counting the repetitions of the movement, calculating the calories burned, measuring the time, and providing information about the number of reps per minute. The training computer may be reset at any time.
Please note that the device is delivered as an assembly kit. The assembly takes about 10-15 minutes, which may vary depending on skill level.
