If a supplied part is returned because it is wrong, (wrongly ordered by customer), we will refund the item less 15% HANDLING CHARGE UK only. Overseas buyers will be charged the original shipping cost +15%. Any damages or wrong parts sent must be notified in 7 days by email to info@trechii.com All returns must be sent back using ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR SERVICE.

SHIPPING

Please make sure we have your telephone number as this can delay your delivery if our delivery agents need to contact you. All large items are dispatched via courier and small items via Royal Mail.

 

We will only send replacement items once our delivery agents confirm the item is lost. This will be14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via ebay if you have not received your item after the 14-day period.
