Returns Policy:
Not used items MUST BE RETURNED to us within 14 days of initial delivery date in a fully re-saleable condition with any tags/labels attached to the items and packaging / manufacturers box intact. Items received back outside of the 14 day period are only available to return with prior agreement with us.
Faulty returned goods are dealt with on an individual basis. All our goods are checked and tested prior sending them out. Ski bindings in skis are tested and records keep in our databases. We may at our discretion ask you to send a photo to verify the case. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer an exchange (where possible) or refund.You will be required to pay postage when returning items to us. Please ensure you keep proof of postage.
