We get emails daily of people stating the controller we sent does'nt work and its because nobody likes to read or cant read,,not sure yet but PLEASE READ--It never ends up being the controller!!!
100% tested before shipping so if its not working,,"you have another issue"..Always disconnect your brake switch and use a jumper wire to touch both brake wires together on the controller side which will rule out a brake switch issue which will stop the scooter from moving..A faulty brake switch could be causing your motor to not run as it cuts the motor off when applied..Always use a Volt/Multi meter to verify your batteries are 100% over 13v each,running the battery to the motor tells you the motor Isn't fried NOT that your batteries are good,your motor will run off a 9 volt battery,the controller will not you must have over 25 volts in total..If its clicking its working and incase you dont know,,you must get the scooter moving then hit the throttle which means start pushing your scooter along and then hit the throttle....
If you get it and it dont work and you open a case,,i will not help you in anyway and ban you..Simply get a multimeter and call 941-404-5915..if you do not agree to these terms,,buy elsewhere please..
