Before 31st December 2016, we offer free shipping for you once the total amount is above US$100 in an order.(For U.S. region)
For other regions, we offer free shipping for you once the total amount is above US$300 in an order.
Shipping cost may vary greatly depending on the country or region. Therefore, for some exceptional country or region, buyer may be charged for extra shipping fee.
Exception Products are not available in free shipping promotion: Handlebar, Bike Stand, Engine Guard, Fog Lamps, and Radiator Protective Cover. (Charged by the dimension)
For exception products,
U.S. region- offering free shipping once the total amount is above US$300 in an order.
Other regions- offering free shipping once the total amount is above US$500 in an order.
SHIPPING AND RETURNING TERMS
All the products are brand-new and professionally packaged. The delivery normally takes 5-10 working days. It depends on shipping location.
In case of combination payment, buyers will be charged a shipping cost of certain amount, which will be set on as the highest fee only.
Return is only available when the product is flawed, defected or could not fit on the bike due to manufacture failure or production error; return is also available when the product received is different from the description given .
Return is not available when the un-fitting of the product is due to the previous made modification.
If you fit any of the following, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase.
*Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Any import duty, tax and fee are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipment cannot be marked as "GIFT" or with altered prices.
