	This is a used LibTech Skate Banana Snowboard Only. The Lib Tech Skate Banana Snowboard is a board that any beginning snowboarder can be proud to own. The Skate Banana board has good features and a durable lightweight design that enables it to reach speeds unreachable by weaker boards. The board comes with an H-Pop Core that will make riding over even the roughest snows seem like a walk in the park. A rocker camber helps to provide pop and gives the board good versatility at the park or on the slope. The Skate Banana board is suited for freestyle and all-mountain snowboarding and is aimed at beginner to intermediate riders. Features include: Art by Mike Par BTX Magne-Traction H-Pop Core Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls Flex 4.5-6.5 depending on size. The photos are representative of the board that you will receive. Your board will be in a similar condition as shown in the photos and described below. Condition This Snowboard Deck was used by a ski shop in their rental and lease program for a few seasons. The board has a lot of scratches and cuff marks. The topsheet edges have nicks, chips and edge scuffing. The chips and nicks will over 2" that we call C size chips. Please see our photo for the samples of the C size chips and slices on this board. There is a company name engraved on the topsheet. The edges will have some minor nicks from use the riding the lift. The bases will have scraches and ptex. We perform a free basic sharpen and hot wax service before shipment.

You will receive notification that your order has shipped which will identify which shipment method was selected. For customers with P.O. Boxes, please provide us with your physical address as well as your PO Box as your order may be shipped with FedEx which requires a physical street address. Skis, Snowboards, Boots, and items over 6 lbs We ship Skis, Snowboards, and Boots with dependable FedEx ground delivery service. Our shipping rate includes packaging, shipping, and insurance. We will provide you with a FedEx tracking number when your order has shipped. For APO's, we will ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Our shipping rates with USPS Mail includes insurance and a delivery confirmation number. Accessories, Soft goods, and items under 6 lbs We ship using USPS First Class Mail for orders under 1lb and USPS Priority Mail for orders between 1lb and 6lbs. Our shipping rates with USPS includes insurance and a delivery confirmation. Alaska and Hawaii We ship using USPS Mail. Our shipping rates with USPS Mail includes insurance and a delivery confirmation. Due to the cost of shipping to both of these states, we have to apply a small surcharge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. You can determine the surcharge amount by clicking the Ebay shipping and payments tab. Once you enter your zipcode, Ebay will return the small surcharge amount to your actual zipcode. Canada and Other Misc Countries We now ship to Canada and various other Foreign Countries with Ebay's Global Shipping Program. At that location an International Shipping Expert manages the international shipping and customs process and then sends your order to your address. FedEx Express delivery days are Monday through Friday. This means that 2 day orders shipped on Thursday and Friday will not arrive until Monday and Tuesday. 	What are your Customer Service Hours? Our shipping department usually arrives around 3:00am to begin processing your orders. Our Customer Service Department is available to answer telephone calls from around 9:00am to 3:30pm EST. However, the phone is often very busy and it can be difficult to get through to us. Our Customer Service Department usually starts responding to email around 7:00am until 4:00pm EST. You will often find that it is faster and easier to contact us via email. We normally do not work on weekends and holdiays. So any contact made over the weekend and holidays will be returned on the next working business day. Please be patient with us on Mondays and after holidays, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Can I pick up my item? I am sorry but we do not have a retail store. We only have a warehouse and can no longer take walk-in or pick up customers. We are asking that all our past walk-in and pick up customers purchase online. Do you have a store I can shop at? Sorry we have just a warehouse with no retail store or staff to help. Do you adjust bindings? No, sorry but because of insurance issues we do not adjust bindings. You must have a ski shop or mountain shop adjust your bindings. They will need your boots and personal information to adjust and test the bindings. What are demo bindings? Demo bindings have longer sliding tracks underneath the toe and heel so the bindings can be adjusted to fit many sizes. A regular binding once mounted can only fit one size. What is Boot Sole Length? and Where do I find it on my boot? The boot sole length is a measurement in mm for the length of the plastic sheel of each ski boot. It can usually be found engraved or embossed on the boot above the heel plate on both boots. It is usually found on either the inside or outside of each boot. An example of the number will be 346 or 346mm. Can I return an item? Yes, if you are not happy with any of my items you may return them unused with any tags still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost even for items sold with free shipping. Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions so that your return will be quickly processed. If a used ski or snowboard is returned to us after having been used by the customer, i.e., you took it out for a day or the weekend and/or it was used on snow, we reserve the right to charge a rental fee of $50.00 or 25% of the purchase price, which ever amount is higher. What does the A+, A, B and C mean in the title of your ski? For each ski that enters our warehouse, we rate their topsheet condition as either A+, A, B or C. A+ skis are our cherry used skis in like new condition. They have the best topsheet of any of our used equipment. A condition skis will normally have chips up to 1/2" inch in size. B condition skis will normally have chips and/or slices up to 1" in size or length. A+, A and B skis will normally have good edges and bottoms. C condition skis are our worst condition ski. The topsheet will have chips and/or slices over 1" in length. Additionally, there could be edge or base problems with the ski. We always ask our customers to fully read the description for all our skis, but especially the C condition skis. We will always fully disclose any edge or base problems in our description. We work hard to properly describe all our used equipment so you will not be surprised when you open up the box upon delivery. How long after payment is completed before my order ships out? After payment is complete, we ship out orders within 24 hours. We only ship out orders Monday thru Friday. We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. For example, when you complete payment for an order at 7am EST on Tuesday, your order will ship out during the day on Wednesday (if it is not a holiday).

We travel the US all spring and summer finding ski and snowboard gear to offer you on eBay this winter. Customer care is very important to us! We inspect every used ski, snowboard and boot we sell. All bases are cleaned and tuned, all base and side edges are cleaned and sharpened. Minor gouges are filled with ptex and cleaned up. Each used ski and snowbaord is waxed and then finished with a buffing wheel, packed safely and shipped to you. We do not sharpen and wax new skis and snowboards before shipment. Many of our accessory items like poles, goggles, ski bags, socks, etc. can fit right in the ski, snowboard or boot box to reduce shipping costs.
