Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end date. We participate in the non-paying bidders program and it will automatically open cases against non-paying bidders. We will consider later payments if you contact us first before bidding. We prefer paypal but will consider other payment types if previous arrangements have been made based on feedback and quickness of payment.  Thanks again.

Shipping is based on size, weight, destinations, and service used. We quote basic shipping fees and offer insurance on all of our items. If you are expecting express delivery outside of North America then please consider paying for air mail. You must contact us prior to bidding for the shipping fees. We do our best to ship items in reasonable time though we make only 1 postal trip weekly. We will consider overnight or express shipping if previous arrangements have been negotiated. The average items are shipped 5-10 business days from payment date. All single or combined items over $50 usd will require tracked and insured shipping. If you pay for an item over $50 without paying for the insured shipping then it will be refunded and re-invoiced or canceled. We do not charge major handling fees though all materials are combined into the shipping prices. We are no longer using a 3rd party shipping service at this time. Shipping prices are non-negotiable. Once an item is shipped, we are not in control of handling or shipping times. We do our best to offer the most cost effective shipping available for all buyers. We combine all shipments up to 40 items per invoice.

We give our best effort to describe and list our items with integrity. With Millions of items for sale, we can not completely describe in detail all items but use large close-up photo's for you to judge all material and items for yourself. Please bid based on what is shown in all photo's and make no assumptions. In most cases, we remove stamps from good stock albums or 102 window cards and use them for display purposes only.
