You are purchasing 1 steel plates that each measures 3/4" X 12" X 24" +/- 1/8" tolerance. THESE ARE MADE OUT OF HOT ROLLED STEEL.
These can be welded and painted, to hold up a post or sign that can be bolted to the ground along with many other ways you can use them.
