We primarily use UPS to ship items won in our auctions. If you would like UPS or FedEx, please make a request of it upon payment. Special request cases may incur additional charges. Signature required for delivery of item(s) + shipping over $500. International Buyers will be subject to the terms and conditions of the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). Warranty Information:
EPC accepts returns on 30 Day Warranty items and will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged or misrepresented. The item will be repaired, or replaced, or have a refund issued for that item. This warranty does not apply if shipped outside the United States. For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer. The transaction will NOT be subject to a restocking fee. Absolutely NO WARRANTY if shipped outside the United States.
