All prices include VAT. A full VAT receipt is supplied with every parcel.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched usually within the advised dispatch time on our listings. Please allow for longer delivery times at busier periods (Bank holidays, Christmas etc).
Please also allow extra time for delivery if you are paying by cheque as the this will need to clear before your goods can be dispatched.
We aim to deliver to our customers within the estimated arrival date as specified on listings, subject to postal service delivery times / delays.
All courier charges quoted are to U.K mainland Zone 1 only. If the listing states a courier delivery the following charges apply for outside the UK Mainland Zone 1 (if delivery is stated as via Royal Mail then there is no extra charge to the rest of the United Kingdom).

Return policy: We operate a 14 day returns policy for fixed price purchases. You have 7 days from receipt of goods to notify us in writing of your intention to return the item and a further 7 days to return the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all packaging intact, and complete with all accessories/instructions etc. New items must be returned unopened and unused. Return carriage to us is at buyers cost and we strongly advise using a tracked-for and insured delivery service. Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.
