The USPS has increased their shipping rates on January 17, 2016. The rigid envelopes that I use to send the items to assure that they are protected are considered parcel. The USPS charges $13.50 for a 3 ounce parcel to most countries. Ebay and Paypal combined charge me a final value fee of $2.25 just on the shipping charges. That is a total of $15.75. When I buy postage online, I get a small discount from the postal office which covers my shipping expenses. In order to help the international buyers who buy multiple items, I will let you wait 2-3 weeks to pay so that you can combine the shipping on your items that you may win.
The only condition is don't pay until your items have been combined and you are ready to have your item to be shipped.
