Pilgreen Wheels, Inc. does not warranty any items sold.  All warranty's, if available, will be through the manufacturer of the product.  Customers are responsible  for all shipping expenses for warranty items covered by manufacturer's warranty.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving order. If an item was shipped to you incorrectly, we will exchange the item for you.  If you are unsure if you are purchasing the correct item, please contact us before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless reasons for return are due to our mistake (i.e. item not as described). Please let us know if you would prefer to exchange  Buyer is also responsible for up to a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. 

Shipping Information

We ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. We use USPS or UPS as our shipping carriers. Please check your sales record for tracking information. If it is not uploaded within 1 business day, please contact us. If you would like to add insurance or to use an expedited shipping method, please contact us immediately after making purchase.

Used Wheel Balance Policy

All used wheel and tire packages are mounted and balanced. However, due to shipping; it may throw the balance off. Buyers of used wheel and tire packages are responsible for all costs for rebalancing and installation.
