Late 1950's early 1960's Pelikan 140 Fountain Pen. Celluloid Tortoise Green. Perfect 14c 585 Gold semi flexible nib which facilitates fine, medium & broad strokes. Piston filler. Fills well and writes smoothly. It does not appear to leak. No cracks or scratches, plated parts are excellent. Virtually time warp example.
This Pelikan also has the original hinged Pelikan case, also in fine condition. Space is included for the addition of a Pelikan pencil or Biro.
Later Narrow Beak clip looks perfect. Cap ring clearly stamped Pelikan 140 and only shows the lightest of rubbing. Top of the cap also has an embossed Pelikan logo.
