Due to the product range we sell, the majority of our items are made to order, this means we cannot just pick from a shelf and get your item despatched straight away.
A lot of care and attention to detail goes into each and every one of our products and this is why processing takes a little longer than your average purchases. We also offer personalisation on most items which also takes a little time.
The avergae proccessing of items is between 1-7 days , this does depend on our print run so if you are unsure about purchasing for an event or occasion coming up please contact us so we can advise whether or not it is possible for your item to be delivered in time.
We do print as fast as possible however during seasonal periods our processing can take a little longer.
Low star ratings for delivery time seriously damages our ebay seller ratings so please only make your purchase if you are happy with our processing times.
Processing may be delayed if we do not recieve the personalisation details from you
Most of our items are personalised and require you to send us further details or images.
How to send your your personalisation text / name
Notes to seller box: When you have purchased your item via our ebay shop you will see a 'Notes to seller' drop down box during checkout, please enter your personalisation details here. This box is very small and sometimes can easily be missed, do not worry we will not start printing your item unless we are sure of your personalisation.
Ebay Message: After you have paid for your item, your personalisation requests can also be taken via ebay message, this is usually the preferered method.
Please Note: We do not reply to these messages unless we need further information as this would take up too much time, we would much prefer to be printing your orders.
How to send us your images
Ebay Message: After you have paid for your item you can attach your images to your ebay message along with any text requests if required.
Via Website: Your images can be uploaded directly via our website. Please visit the link below. Please Note: Remember to use your ebay name on the form so we can link your images to your order.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders.
We use Royal Mail to deliver most of our items, our free standard service is with Royal Mail Tracked and can take around 2-5 days.
Please note: The delivery estimate does not include our order processing time.
During checkout you will also have the option to upgrade your postage to our faster service if required, this is usually a next day service after your item has been printed.
On larger and bulk orders we may use a courier and on occasions we may ship your items separately, the separate deliveries usually occur on our Survuval Kits.
None personalised items can be returned within 7 days. Please notify us by ebay message if you wish to return your item for a refund and we will send you a return label.
Unfortunately our personalised items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has an error please contact us via ebay message so we can resolve the issue for you. Please allow us time to resolve your issue before leaving feedback as this does have a negative affect on our ebay selling account. Please send us any images to support your order as on occasions we can replace your item without the need for you to return.
If you item has an error / problem that we can repair we may require you to return this to us, we will reimburse your postage and packaging costs in full.
