We have a 14 days no quibble return policy - the shoes must be returned in their original condition (with the box), 14 days from receipt of the item. The return shipping costs is the buyers responsibility Unless the wrong or damaged item has been sent then in which case we will pay the shipping. For UK buyers (excluding Ireland) If you require a exchange you will need to pay £4 to cover the return postage. international buyers will have to pay the amount that was originally paid for shipping, when returning please do not stick tape and stamps directly onto the shoebox anyone doing so will be refused a refund.
