The trigger adjustment screw upgrade kit replaces the factory grip screw and includes the hardware to adjust for reduced trigger creep, lessen pull weight, and improve hammer break for better accuracy.  This adjustment will easily help you fine-tune your sloppy trigger on all AR platforms.  Adjusting screw is separate from grip screw, triggers finds this more convenient do to the fact you don't need a specialized Allen hex key to make adjustments.

For available Installation Instructions


  1. Remove upper receiver from the lower receiver, Cock the hammer & set the safety lever to safe.

  2. Remove your current pistol grip screw & grip.

  3. Screw the adjusting screw in with the safety on until it stops

  4. If you can still easily move the selector to the fire position you may have to tap the threads on your lower

  5. Back the screw off until the safety moves freely

  6. Your trigger has been adjusted and you can do final adjustment of trigger (optional)

  7. Make sure the safety is in the firing position

  8. Push the Hammer down and release while turning the adjusting screw in until you feel the hammer catching or dragging

  9. Then back the adjusting screw off until you no longer feel the hammer catching

  10.   Function test the lower checking that hammer, trigger, and safety are all functioning correctly

  11.   Reinstall grip using the new pistol grip screw
