We offer a Free Shipping Service (Royal Mail - Second Class) however if a faster service is required please use the (First Class) option in the postage section when making payment.
Please note that the (First Class) option will incur a postage cost.
Heavier and larger items are usually dispatched via (Parcel Force 48hr) if a faster service is required please use the (Parcel Force 24hr) option, again the (24hr) option will incur a postage cost.
Although we endeavor to dispatch items as soon as possible, delays should be anticipated around Bank Holiday periods.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
