Brand New in Original Packaging The Bonavita 5 Cup Coffeemaker with Stainless Steel Carafe BV 1500TS is one of Bonavita's next generation line of coffeemakers, optimized for smaller batches of coffee from 4 to 5 cups. The BV1500TS heats water to 195°-205°F and the large showerhead disperses it evenly over the coffee grounds for the fullest extraction. This smaller machine has two brewing modes: normal or pre-infusion mode which pulses water through for optimal saturation and to allow fresher grinds to degas. The carafe is a new double-wall stainless steel thermal carafe that is designed to keep coffee hot for up to an hour. .
