A Canadian made B-type flying helmet. Buttery soft chestnut brown leather with a chamois inner. Ear zips are 'Flash' and work well. Snaps for a D-type mask are fitted. No 'doughnuts' or cups for earphones and no evidence of any ever being fitted. This appears to be a trainee pilot's helmet.  Size is a 2 and is marked as such in several places along with the Canadian War Office stamp. It will fit on my size 57/7&1/8 head fairly comfortably without stress which it shouldn't really do as size 2 is for 56/7 sized bonces. In very good to excellent condition, if I have to be picky, there is a nick in the chamois lining on the cheek and some loose thread on one of the earpieces. Easy repair and none of which detract from a very nice aviation collectable. Please note that buy it now price is only what I paid for it several years ago.

That is the postage plus a small amount to cover packing and other sundries.
