Payment Policy

Immediate payment is required for all items.

We accept payment through PayPal as well as all major credit cards.  Credit card payments can be processed easily using PayPal without the need for an actual PayPal account.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions about how to pay for an order using your credit card without having a PayPal account.

Even though our main office is in Houston, Texas, we charge sales tax in several states.  We ship from many different warehouses throughout the U.S. and must charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence.  Add this item to your shopping cart in order to see if sales tax will be assessed.

We offer free shipping to the continental United States.  Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

We also ship some of our items internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program.  This means that eBay will be handling the international portion of the delivery and they will be the ones to add any relevant shipping and customs fees.  Please add this item to your shopping cart in order to see what additional costs will be assessed.

All orders will process and ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Returns and Price Matching Policies

We will do anything in our power to make you, the buyer, one satisfied customer.  All prices are final and there is no price-match guarantee.  We do not claim to sell any product at the lowest price.  We only guarantee a great variety of affordable items coupled with amazing customer service.  

All returns or replacements for damaged / defective merchandise must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

International returns are available only if the buyer pays for any and all return shipping fees - NO EXCEPTIONS.  We are not able to ship directly to international locations and therefore use eBay's Global Shipping Program to facilitate these deliveries.  We have no way to provide country-specific return labels, therefore any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
