PAYMENTS

• We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address.
• We accept E-Check through PayPal, Will ship after checks clears.
• Checkout is expected within 3 days of auction close and payment within 4 days.
• Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 4 days.

SHIPPING

• All orders are processed within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. Will be shipped within 1 business days.
• The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped.
• Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements.
• International Buyers are responsible for duties of their countries.
• International buyers: If you use USPS please be informed that USPS has neither tracking nor insurance for your packages outside of USA. We will not be held responsible of your package if anything wrong happened with the packages outside of USA.
• Only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
• Address changing must be confirmed by our customer service before payment.
• We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee. Please email us for shipping fee if it is not stated.
• Unless otherwise specified, we do not combine shipping.
• Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable.

RETURN & REFUND

• Any problem has to be reported within seven days of receive.
• No refund on shipping charges.
• RMA is required for all returns; please email us with any problems.
• Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
• Returns are accepted, charges will apply.
• 10% restocking fee will apply for unused, uninstalled items to cover listing and storage.
• 20% restocking fee will apply if kit, parts or any accessories were installed or used.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs in either case.
