You are bidding on a Patagonia PCU Level 5 Jacket in Gray. It is new with the tags on it. 

Payment

I accept payment by PayPal only. Payment must be received within seven days of the auction's end. If you have not paid within this period an unpaid item case will be filed. Exceptions can be made if you contact me before the item ends. If you wish to purchase multiple listings that end on different days please let me know.

Shipping

I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. If the items do not fit in a flat rate box, the buyer may be charged for the cost of the new box. On most of my items I will ship both domestically and internationally. Some items are marked no export, this is usually to comply with ITAR and other U.S. laws. I will not make an exception, please do not ask.

I only ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. You are responsible for all import fees or levies placed upon you. All items will be marked as merchandise with their final sale value. I will not mark an item's value lower or mark it as a gift.
 

Terms of Sale

You have 14 days from the arrival of your item to contact me if you want a refund. Refunds will only be accepted on items that are in the same condition as they were sent. If the item was sealed or had a tag, they must come back still sealed and with a tag. Items that are altered from their original state will not be refunded. Buyer pays all shipping costs on returns.
