After it leaves the United States there is no way to have any update until it enters the country of delivery. Return Policy:
We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
If the item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
