Let's begin with I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN CHINESE PORCELAIN. All of the following is what I gather from looking at the cup(s) and doing research on the internets. I have two similar cups currently listed. These are clearly blue and white glazed porcelain tea cups with traditional Chinese scenes. They are similar but not the same. The lip  has a roughness so I believe they once had lids. The handle consists of two herring bone cords wrapped and attached to the cup in four places with flowers or "rosettes". There are no marks of any kind. The hand painted scenes follow a similar pattern but are so different I believe they were painted by different hands, perhaps in a factory for export. Following around the cup starting at each handle there is a  grand house or palace with a person in the doorway followed by a bridge at the bottom and a willow tree at the top, followed by three boats in the harbor then a tree and a hut at the bottom, a house on an island at the top and ending at the handle with a pagoda-like temple.  It seems to me these cups date from the early 1800s (the Jiaqing 嘉慶 era), not really old by Chinese standards. I saw a similar cup with two handles offered for $175.00 on e-bay Australia. I see similar cups with lids but no price. I have not cleaned the cup, it is "as found". Other than the "missing lid" I see no damage.
