Should this sell at the asking price I will give £10,000 to a homeless person and also put £1000 through the letter box of 10 homes in Hull. If you are in the UK I will even give up my day job for a day just to deliver this by hand provided you are not in the middle of nowhere. I will more than likely have a couple of body guards with me just to make sure the note and plant reaches you safely!
