If you are not in, the driver will leave you ‘We Called’ card. You will have to call the number on the card to re-arrange delivery or to arrange to collect the parcel from your local depot. If you live in mainland Europe your order will be shipped using UPS or a courier that is stated next to your shipping record.It will take approximately up to 4 working days to receive the parcel. Please note, that the European shipping rates are set up by the courier not ourselves.

Returns:

Items have to be returned within 14 days after purchase has been received. Unfortunately postage costs will not be refunded and buyer to pay a postage cost. The item has to be in original condition, as sold at the time of auction.
