Payment and Shipping

Payment is due within three days of the auction end. All items are shipped within 1 business day. Please contact us if you have not received tracking information after 1 business day. 

Weekends and Holidays are NOT considered business days. If you purchase an item on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the item will be shipped on Monday. If you purchase an item the day before a holiday, it will be shipped the day after the holiday. We offer express shipping for an additional charge.

We are located in the United States. Shipping outside the United States can take 2-3 weeks.

Please make sure the shipping address is updated.  We can only ship to addresses in Paypal. We cannot make changes to shipping addresses.

Tracking is automatically sent to you via the system. If the item has not been received, please use the tracking number to see the location of the item. If you have not received your item, make sure to check your local post office. Please also feel free to contact us.

 

Combined Shipping

We offer combined shipping but you must pay for all items at once.

 

Combined Shipping: 2 dollar extra per item.   At the end of your purchase, please ask us for an invoice.

 

 

Return Policy

You are always free to return most items for whatever reason.

Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving the order. 

Items must be in original packing with tags, unworn condition and free of odor.

Please return items with your Ebay ID number and item number.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back.

 

Exchanges

Customer is welcome to exchange any item but must pay additional shipping items with free shipping. Shipping is never free for sellers.

Regarding canceling transactions/retracting bid: We do not retract bids or cancel transactions.  We can not cancel any transaction even if you: purchase an item by mistake, purchased more than one of the same item by mistake, have problems with your paypal account, or don't want the item any longer. Please make sure that you want the item BEFORE you bid on it so that you don't receive an unpaid strike.
